[[CDE]] — Coeur d’Alene Mines Corporation (Coeur) is a silver producer located in North America and is engaged, through its subsidiaries, in the operation and/or ownership, development and exploration of silver and gold mining properties and companies located primarily within the United States (Nevada and Alaska), South America (Chile, Argentina and Bolivia), Australia (New South Wales), Mexico (Chihuahua) and Africa (Tanzania).

The Company, either directly or through wholly owned subsidiaries, owns, leases and has interests in certain exploration-stage mining properties located in the United States, Chile, Argentina, Bolivia, Mexico and Tanzania. On December 21, 2007, the Company acquired all of the outstanding stock of Bolnisi Gold NL (Bolnisi) and Palmarejo Silver and Gold Corporation (Palmarejo).
