[[GG]] — The Company’s assets are comprised of the Red Lake, Porcupine and Musselwhite gold mines in Canada, the Alumbrera gold/copper mine (37.5% interest) in Argentina, the El Sauzal gold mine and Luismin gold/silver mines in Mexico, the Marlin gold/silver mine in Guatemala, the San Martin gold mine in Honduras, the Marigold gold mine (67% interest) and the Wharf gold mine in the United States.

On July 24, 2007, Goldcorp sold 25% of the silver produced from its Penasquito project to Silver Wheaton for the life of mine. On January 31, 2007, Goldcorp completed the sale of the San Martin mine in Mexico to Starcore International Ventures Ltd. (Starcore). In September 2008, Goldcorp had completed the acquisition of Gold Eagle Mines Ltd.
