The operations of IMG include Suriname—Rosebel Mine, Canada—Doyon Division, Westwood Project, Canada—Sleeping Giant Mine, Botswana—Mupane Mine, Mali—Sadiola Mine, Mali—Yatela Mine, Ghana—Tarkwa Mine, Ghana—Damang Mine and Niobec Mine. In May 2008, Black Pearl Minerals Consolidated Inc. acquired Quebec Lithium from IMG. In January 2009, IAMGOLD Corporation purchased approximately 16.6% of the outstanding common shares of Orezone Resources Inc.
