[[TRE]] — The Company is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties, including the optioning out of properties for pre-production option payments and royalties on future gold production. All of the Company’s concessions are located in Tanzania. The Itetemia property is located in the Mwanza region of the Lake Victoria Archean Greenstone Belt, some 90 kilometers southwest of Mwanza, Tanzania.

The Company’s Luhala property consists of six licenses totaling 75.76 square kilometers. The Kigosi property consists of 20 prospecting licenses. The Lunguya property consists of nine prospecting licenses. The Company’s Kanagele property consists of 11 prospecting licenses. The Company’s Tulawaka property consists of 11 prospecting licenses.
