[[SA]] — The Company’s operations are located in Canada, the United States and Mexico and are at the exploration stage. Seabridge’s mineral properties include Kerr-Sulphurets-Mitchell (KSM) in British Columbia and Courageous Lake Project in Northwest Territories. The Courageous Lake project is a gold project covering 67,000 acres located in the Northwest Territories, Canada. Seabridge has a 100% interest in the project.
The KSM Project consists of three separate gold zones (Kerr, Sulphurets and Mitchell) located in the Iskut-Stikine River region of British Columbia. Seabridge has a 100% interest in the project. Other Company’s properties include the Nevada Properties, Noche Buena (Mexico), Grassy Mountain, Red Mountain, Quartz Mountain, Castle-Black Rock, and Hog Ranch. The Company has four subsidiaries: Seabridge Gold Corporation, Pacific Intermountain Gold Inc., 5073 N.W.T. Limited, and Minera Seabridge Gold SA de CV.
